The apartment has an exclusive area with private swimming pool and a garden with a panoramic view over the Sado River Estuary and the Tróia peninsula.  It is the ideal place to enjoy a few quiet days with the family or a group of friends.

It has an area of 56 m2 in one floor.  It consists of a living-dining room with kitchen area, master bedroom with queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), bedroom with a bunk bed (100 x 200 cm), and bathroom with shower cabin. Possibility to install an extra bed or a baby cot.

The access to its private area is done by a stairway in the garden around the main house, where the owner lives, short walk distance from the parking lot to the pool and garden. By  the flat main door you may find the covered porch with a large teak table and chairs.

The covered porch is equipped with a vertical awning to keep out the afternoon sun, wind and rain.  It is the ideal place to have breakfast, have dinner by candlelight, relax reading a book, or letting yourself be carried away by the calm sounds of the Natural Park, enjoy the fluttering of the birds and the breathtaking view of the Sado estuary...

Next to the covered porch there is a large terrace with  horizontal awnings that you can roll up and down, where you can place the sun loungers when you want to lie down in the shade, as well as wooden tables and chairs.

A few metres away, under the cool shade of an apricot tree, there is a sandpit full of buckets, shovels, lorries, trucks, etc. A small beach that gives parents a lot of quiet time.

The fresh water swimming pool has a surface area of 15 m2 and is only 1 m. deep, where you can always take a refreshing dip.  It is equipped with a solar shower and is fenced.
